About the Founder

Cassie Graves is a governance and leadership consultant who partners with boards and executive teams to lead with clarity, alignment, and purpose.

With an MBA and over a decade of experience across sectors, I help organizations work smarter, lead better, and build systems that actually work. Whether it's guiding leadership transitions, strengthening board effectiveness, or designing team development strategies, my focus is always the same: to help people lead with purpose and get things done efficiently and collaboratively.

I’ve worked with boards navigating complex decisions, teams striving for alignment, and leaders looking to sharpen their impact. My approach is practical, people-centered, and grounded in the belief that strong organizational foundations are the key to long-term success.

At the core of my work is a deep belief in people. No two organizations, or individuals, are the same. I’m passionate about recognizing individual differences and adapting strategies to support how each person leads, learns, and collaborates. When people feel seen and supported, systems perform better, and trust becomes the foundation for long-term success.

My background includes project, event, and volunteer management; turning strategy into action through thoughtful execution. With experience working globally, I bring a deep respect for cultural nuance and diverse leadership styles.

If your board or leadership team is navigating change, aiming higher, or simply ready to lead with greater confidence - I’d love to connect.

Why Gemini Insights

Because leadership isn’t one-dimensional.

Gemini Insights was built on the values of curiosity, adaptability, and communication; traits that mirror what effective leadership requires today. Inspired by the duality of the Gemini sign, we believe in embracing multiple perspectives, asking the right questions, and staying flexible in the face of change.

Great leaders are constantly learning. Asking the right questions is often more powerful than having all the answers.

Testimonials

Allison Evaro | Executive Director, Girls on the Run Treasure Valley

Cassie, I truly appreciate your support and willingness to work with Girls on the Run Treasure Valley. Having never facilitated a strategic review or planning session with a board before, I was initially unsure of how to approach the process. Your expertise, thoughtful preparation, and calm guidance helped me feel more confident every step of the way. You made a potentially overwhelming task feel manageable and even energizing. Thank you for helping me show up for my board—and for helping our board show up for the mission. I’m so grateful for your partnership!

Sierra White | President, Go Lead Idaho

Cassie was incredible to work with! We are a small non-profit who is looking to grow our membership while strategically maintaining our mission and values to the community that we serve. Cassie did two strategic planning sessions with me before to really iron out our process, and how we were going to work through the overall facilitation of the strategic plan. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great direction. During the facilitation she kept us on track, organized and then ultimately delivered us a detailed roadmap and priorities to take on. I would 1000% recommend her to anyone looking for strategic planning and facilitation.
